Habitual Designs works on a small number of landscape projects at a time so that Lily can remain closely involved in the creative direction, site reading and design development of each property.

The studio is best suited to properties where the landscape can be considered as a whole: the arrival, the relationship between house and land, the movement through the site, the places to gather, the planting structure, the atmosphere and the long-term evolution of the place.
